How long are the gift certificates valid for?
Gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months of the selected delivery date. The redemption and picnic dates can be different. For example, if your gift certificate expires in July 2024, you need to redeem it and schedule the picnic by that date, even if the actual picnic takes place in September 2024.

How will my gift recipient redeem their picnic?
Gift recipient(s) will receive a digital gift certificate via email on the selected delivery date along with your gift message and instructions on how to redeem their luxury picnic experience. We also bcc you in the email so you have a copy. At the time of purchase, you will also receive a printable gift certificate (:

Can my gift recipient modify their picnic?
Yes! We want our guests to enjoy every aspect of their picnic experience, so we are flexible with our gift packages. If the selected package/add-ons are not to their liking, they can swap them with other items that are of equal or lesser value. They are also welcome to purchase any additional add-ons they’d like to include in their picnic at the time of booking.
