After submitting an inquiry, we’ll get back to you with our availability and quote for your decor package. We’ll also confirm details including setup time and room access.
Most hotels have a standard check-in time of 3:00 PM, so if you'd like the room decorated before that, you'll need to speak with the hotel directly to arrange early access.
We kindly ask that you let the hotel know we’re coming and confirm whether they will allow us into the room either by providing us a key at the front desk or requiring that you check in first. On the day of your event, we’ll arrive at the confirmed setup time, complete the setup, and return the key (if provided) to the front desk when we’re done.
Please note:
We don’t offer cleanup unless we are retrieving rental items. If cleanup is required, this will be noted in your quote.
It’s your responsibility to communicate with the hotel in advance to avoid any issues with access.

Yes, we kindly ask that you notify the hotel in advance and confirm they are okay with us decorating the room. This avoids any confusion on the day-of and helps us get in and out efficiently.

We typically require either a room key or confirmation that the hotel will provide one to us at the hotel desk. Once setup is complete, we can directly return the key to the front desk. Some hotels require you to check in before giving us access - please confirm with the hotel ahead of time.

Setup:
Most hotels begin check-in around 3pm. If you’d like the setup completed earlier than that, please coordinate with the hotel to ensure they can provide early access or allow us into the room before check-in.
Clean-up:
Cleanup isn’t included in most decor packages unless we’re retrieving rental items or custom decor. If cleanup is needed, this will be outlined in your quote with any applicable fees. All disposable items (balloons or banners) are yours to keep or discard.

We service all around the San Francisco Bay Area. For full pricing transparency, for hotels outside of SF, we do apply a distance-based travel fee to account for our time and gas.
